Play It Up (A Literacy through Drama Program)
TEAC is excited to offer a dynamic Literacy Through Drama program for children and youth—a creative journey that blends storytelling, performance, and reflection. This engaging class helps participants build essential literacy and social-emotional skills while exploring core Christian values such as love, resilience, hope, and service.
Each session begins with calming mindfulness activities to promote focus, emotional regulation, and compassion, creating a positive and welcoming group environment that nurtures creativity and personal growth.
Participants will:
Explore a variety of literary forms including short stories, poems, and plays
Analyze and discuss texts to deepen understanding of language and themes like love, forgiveness, and compassion
Participate in fun drama games and acting exercises to boost confidence and communication
 Practice self-expression through writing original stories, poems, and monologues
 Share their creative work in a supportive, peer-centered space
 Reflect on Christian values and how they are expressed through words and actions
By the end of the program, students will walk away with stronger literacy and communication skills, a deeper sense of self, and the confidence to thrive—both in the classroom and in everyday life. – on and off the stage.

Find Your Voice, Create Together
Royal Voice Ensemble Class
Join us for a dynamic and engaging Voice Ensemble class where students will explore the power and joy of using their voices in a group setting. This class is designed to build confidence, creativity, and vocal technique through a variety of fun and interactive activities.
Students will:
Participate in playful voice exercises to warm up and strengthen their vocal skills
Create imaginative soundscapes using only their voices</l
Explore rhythm and pitch through collaborative games and guided practice
Learn and perform group songs from different genres and cultures
Learn a worship song together, fostering a sense of unity and reflection
Have opportunities to step into the spotlight with optional solo practice and performance moments
Suggest songs they’d love to work on, giving everyone a voice in shaping the class
Whether you’re a budding vocalist or just love to sing, this class offers a supportive and inspiring environment for all levels. Come sing, explore, and make music together!
